Vendor impersonator takes $500,000 in Redmond rec center funds; partial recovery made

Someone impersonating a vendor for Redmond Area Park and Recreation District (RAPRD) was able to take approximately $500,000 intended for building a new indoor community recreation center, the district announced Wednesday.
