Debris was observed over the Turks and Caicos Islands on Thursday following SpaceX’s rocket launch from Texas.
The Starship prototype experienced a failure in space just minutes after liftoff, prematurely ending a test mission that was intended to include its first attempt at deploying satellites.
Elon Musk shared a video of the debris on social media, commenting, “Success is uncertain, but entertainment is guaranteed.”
