Coalition formed to save Chicago street festivals facing financial strain

Pamela Maass, executive director with the Wicker Park-Bucktown Chamber of Commerce, joined WGN’s Evening News at 5 p.m. on Friday and warned that many festivals face an uncertain future due to rising costs and a dip in donations.
