Teen arrested after being shot during struggle with Virginia State Police, police say

A teen was arrested after attempting to flee from police after a traffic stop, according to police. When a Virginia State trooper and Fairfax County police arrived to the address where the vehicle was registered, the suspect tried to run away, according to police. The trooper then tackled the suspect, and during the struggle, one shot was fired.
