Art Inside Out program makes better neighbors out of former prisoners, founded by Oregon man

Art Inside Out is a program designed for incarcerated people by Kirk Charlton, who’s a former prisoner.

"A billion wrongs in drawing makes a right," says Charlton, a lifelong artist. "That’s because these lines tell you where not to go."
