DCSO: Suspect arrested after La Pine viral video shows dog beaten with shovel

A suspect has been arrested after a man was seen on a viral video in La Pine hitting a small dog with a shovel, the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office confirmed. Three dogs were also taken into custody.
