Man with felony warrant arrested after heavy police presence in SE Bend Wednesday

A man wanted on a felony drug warrant was arrested Wednesday following a SWAT response in southeast Bend. Police say the suspect, who they believed to be armed, surrendered peacefully after a multi-hour standoff.
