LIVE: ‘Operation Snow Storm’ drug bust in Florida, hurricane victims fighting foreclosure

Attorneys for the family of Tiru Chabba, the 45-year-old father of two killed during the mass shooting at Florida State University (FSU) earlier this month, spoke at a news conference outside the FSU Student Union. Civil rights attorneys Bakari Sellers, Jim Bannister and J. Robert Bell III told reporters they are calling for a transparent and open investigation into the mass shooting and the release of information related to the suspected gunman, 20-year-old FSU student Phoenix Ikner, accused of opening fire, killing 2 and injuring 6.

Later, the Orlando Dreamers co-founder Jim Schnorf speaks on the organization revealing Rick Workman, the founder of Heartland Dental, as the group’s anchor investor to bring Major League Baseball to Orlando. Billionaire attorney John Morgan has also pledged hundreds of millions of dollars in support if the Dreamers are able to secure an MLB team and stadium site.
