Jason House to be sworn in as Dolton mayor, marking end of Henyard’s era

It’s the dawn of a new era in Dolton, as Mayor-elect Jason House is set to be sworn in at Village Hall.

House, a lifelong Dolton resident, is set to be sworn in during a ceremony that starts at 5:30 p.m. Monday night. In the process, it will bring an end to the tumultuous Tiffany Henyard era as mayor of the South Suburban Village.
