Suspect linked to killing of off-duty corrections officer extradited to Duval County, JSO says

Nearly seven months after an off-duty corrections officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office was shot and killed, the suspect has been extradited to Duval County following a lengthy stay in North Carolina, where he was arrested.
