Depression-era Oregon chateau named one of America’s most endangered places

The 1930s-era chateau at Oregon Caves National Monument, closed since 2018, has been named one of America’s most endangered historic places due to mounting structural issues and lack of funding. The National Trust for Historic Preservation hopes the designation draws support for restoration.
