Canadian man arrested in 2023 homicide of Bend’s Evelyn Weaver

Bend Police announced the arrest of a Canadian man in the 2023 death of Evelyn Jeanette Weaver. Weaver was found dead in her home in the 200 block of NW Hill Street in July 2023. Her SUV was found days later in southern Oregon.
