Northern Virginia family gives back after tragedy | NBC4 Washington

A Northern Virginia family that suffered one of the worst possible tragedies is giving back to the hospital where their little girl died. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports they are helping lead the effort to deliver a simple item designed to bring a smile to kids in intensive care.
