Youngkin vetoes bill to count African American history courses towards graduation | NBC4 Washington

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin vetoed a bill that would’ve allowed students a choice to substitute World History 1 or World Geography with African American History or Advanced Placement African American Studies and have those classes count towards graduation requirements. News4’s Drew Wilder reports.
