2 guns, 3 bags of ammunition, 14 magazines found in car belonging to Duval County substitute

A substitute teacher was arrested Tuesday after police found two guns, three bags of ammo, and 14 magazines in his car on the campus of Southside Estate Elementary School, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
