Revlon to close manufacturing facility on Jacksonville’s Westside, lay off 127 employees

Revlon, the beauty products company, announced it will be closing its manufacturing facility on Jacksonville’s Westside, according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN) letter.
