This Korean-owned bagel store brings a new flavor to Portland

Sincerely, Bagel first opened its doors to the public earlier this year, but the business has been around for much longer.

Jin Kim and his wife, Jane Park, moved from the East Coast to Portland in 2019, with dreams of being business owners.

"We want them to come and sort of feel like what we felt when we went into our childhood bagel store back in New York and New Jersey," Park said.

Kim added, "People normally go to a park with bagels, with their families and their kids. They sit on the bench, having a bagel, watching over their kids."
