Protests at Portland State, Univ. of Washington over visits from conservative activist Riley Gaines

Five people are facing charges after police say a protest Monday at Portland State University went too far. The demonstration happened during an event featuring conservative activist Riley Gaines, who was speaking about transgender athletes.

Multnomah County District Attorney Nathan Vasquez said those involved would be held accountable for their actions during the protest.
