BODY CAM: Deputies arrest suspect accused of trying to kidnap teenage girl at gunpoint in Washington

A 31-year-old Vancouver man was arrested Tuesday evening in connection with an attempted kidnapping that took place earlier that day, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO).
