BODY CAMERA footage shows Vancouver, WA officers arrest attempted murder suspect during traffic stop

Police released new body camera footage of officers arresting an attempted murder suspect over the past weekend.

The video shows officers pulling over Derek Hinzmann at about 5 a.m. Saturday, May 10 after a disturbance call at a home in the Fourth Plain Village neighborhood.
