Environmentalists raise concerns to DEQ about Zenith Energy proposal

Members of the community on Monday brought concerns to the Department of Environmental Quality over a Zenith Energy proposal to continue storing and transferring fossil fuels in Northwest Portland on Monday.

Part of the issue some have with the project is just how close it is to the water; the Zenith terminal is just off the Willamette River.
